Ethical dilema:
A rich man and a poor man are convicted of the same crime. The rich man is fined $10,000, while the poor man is sentenced to one year in prison. Is this fair?

My answer is simple. NO!!!!! If two men are convicted of the same crime they should get the same punishment.
